Privacy & Browser Data

Calculator inputs stay in your browser

The calculator's application code performs payroll arithmetic in your browser. It does not intentionally send salary amounts, company details, employee names or tax IDs to an application backend. There is no account registration or server-side payroll database for this tool.

Local storage and optional details

Calculation preferences are remembered under the browser's payrollcalc local-storage key. Company fields and a supplied logo may be remembered under payslipCompany. Employee fields are used to produce the sample payslip; avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information on a shared device. To remove remembered data, clear site storage in your browser settings.

Downloads

PDF and HTML payslips are generated by the page and saved to your device. You are responsible for storing and sharing them securely. Printing uses your browser's print function.

Hosting analytics and third-party requests

This website uses Manus hosting, with the platform's analytics setting enabled. The hosting service may process request and usage information, such as page visits, as part of operating the site. The calculator does not deliberately include salary or payslip field values in analytics events.

The page requests fonts from Google Fonts, and loads the jsPDF library from cdnjs when a PDF download is requested. Those providers receive ordinary network-request information. Social preview and platform resources may also be fetched from the hosting service. Blocking these resources can affect fonts or PDF downloads, but the core calculation works without the PDF library.

This explanation describes the current application behavior, not a legal certification or a statement that no hosting provider records network data. Privacy copy updated 2026-10-30.
